Founded in 2017, LVG & Co. is an independent strategy consultancy dedicated to making businesses better.

We support growth and transformation through values-led Business Planning, Brand Positioning, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Implementation. Marrying brand, business, innovation, organization, leadership and purpose – we first dive deep to understand, then develop actionable recommendations, while offering ongoing support to ensure your success.

To us, being values-led means ‘walking the talk’: strong, accountable leadership; a culture grounded in the core beliefs of an organization; looking beyond short-term financial gains to positively contribute to the world we share.

Based in Brooklyn, we partner with globally-minded organizations to think differently about their business, connect with who they really are, see what's ahead, and seize opportunities that deliver results today and tomorrow.
